My wife, youngest daughter (19) and I start every morning with a hearty, delicious, purple smoothie.

• XYNGULAR chilled – 3 fluid ounces
• Bom Dia Acai Blueberry (Bolthouse/Costco’s Kirkland Signature) chilled – 18 fluid ounces
• bananas – 2 frozen
• ice cubes – 4

Press the smoothie button on our Blendtec Total Blender

When the smoothie cycles have finished, I add

• Whey protein isolate (Kaizen – vanilla ice cream) 2 scoops

Stir into the smoothie by pushing the up Speed button once

• Coconut oil 3 TBs (melted) – poured into the smoothie through the hole in the lid while blender is stirring.

When thoroughly mixed I pour the purple smoothie into three glasses

• Ddrops (Vitamin D3) – 2 drops (2,000 IU) into each glass

We then consume and enjoy.
