XYNG Testimonial – Frank Eves MD

31 March 2010 (March 31, 2010 – 20100331)
Disclaimer: I market XYNG, so, I’m biased.
Hello, my name is Dr. Frank Eves. I’m a very lucky fellow. My partner, Wendy, and I have been happily married for thirty-seven years. I have always loved her and I always will. We have been blessed with three wonderful children (19 to 33). They’re terrific.
Our ancestors came to Canada from England, Ireland, Scotland and the United States of America. I had a great start in life, I was raised by loving, well educated parents. My father was a Ph.D. (magna cum laude) organic chemist and Fellow of the Chemical Institute of Canada (FCIC). He retired as a Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) Deputy Commissioner; the RCMP’s second highest rank. My mother was a Registered Nurse, seamstress, artist and home maker.
I was twenty-four years of age when I received my M.D. from the University of Ottawa. It was my privilege to serve thousands of Canadians, as their family doctor, for almost twenty-five years. I retired in 1998.
When I finished high school my waistline measured twenty-eight inches and I weighed 180 pounds. Those days are long gone. When I was a medical student, Intern and for the first couple of years of my medical practice, I was nicknamed ‘the cookie monster,’ because I was always scarfing down deserts, frequently cookies. At the time people commented, “I don’t understand why you’re not fat.” Well, if they could see me now, they would probably say, “I knew that would happen.” I started to put on the pounds in my late twenties. Over the years some of the most amusing comments were:
- when some young construction guys were digging fencepost holes in my backyard, my daughter (age 3) snuggled up to me and said, “I love you daddy, you’re so soft and those men are so hard.” I was thirty years old.
- when a high school friend visited and said, “Frank, what happened to you?” I replied, “Hey, I can always lose weight, but you will always be ugly.”
- when I was building a new medical office, the fellow installing my phone system asked, “Doc, are you accepting new patients?” I replied, “I’m sorry, I’m not, but why do you ask?” He responded, “I’ve always wanted a fat doctor, I hear they’re not as hard on you.”
- a few years ago a little boy innocently asked, “Are you Santa Claus?” I replied, “No, but what made you think that?” To his mother’s horror he replied, “You’ve got a beard and you’re fat, all you need is the suit.”
Perhaps surprisingly, I’ve never dieted. I always imagined that one day I would just start exercising again and lose some weight.
I’m sixty-one years old. I’ve finally decided to do something about my weight. I didn’t want my tombstone to read, “Frank planned to start exercising.”
According to the World Health Organization, globally, there are more than 1 billion overweight adults, at least 300 million are obese.
I resolved to:
- lose weight and regain some of the energy I’ve lost over the years
- help other people shed pounds of unwanted, unhealthy fat
- build a wellness business that focuses on weight loss
OK, where to begin? Well, as everyone knows, you start with healthy eating and exercise, but what diet and which exercises.
I purchased ‘YOU ON A DIET’ written by Dr. Michael Roizen and Dr. Mehmet Oz.**
I own a HEALTHRIDER.
My problem was that in spite of my best intentions, it was difficult to overcome forty years of inertia; I wasn’t sufficiently motivated to read ‘YOU ON A DIET’ and climb on the HEALTHRIDER. I wondered if a new product called XYNG (pronounced Zing) might boost my energy level and help me get started?
After concluding that XYNG was both credible and potentially valuable, it was an easy decision to go ahead and test it.
Here’s what I experienced and continue to experience*:
- after about 45 minutes, my breathing is easier, it feels like there’s more air getting into my system
- after and hour and a half, I feel good – relaxed, good-humored, confident and hopeful
- I have more energy
- my appetite is reduced
- my muscles feel better (fewer aches and less stiffness)
- the benefits last all day.
It’s worth noting that I haven’t experienced any jitters. I haven’t had any trouble going to bed at my usual time. I sleep very well.
For me, XYNG was a terrific way to begin a weight loss program, it got me started. I’ve now read ‘YOU ON A DIET’ and I’m climbing on the HEALTHRIDER everyday. I’ve started walking and I’ve already recovered a good deal of the energy I had lost over the years.
XYNG isn’t for everyone – nothing is, but I experienced a significant increase in my energy level, so, it is certainly worth checking out.
